Gilt Replaces Chris Lee From Within

Gilt, as departing chef Chris Lee hoped, has replaced him with his own guy, Justin Bogle. Bogle followed Lee from Philadelphia’s Striped Bass, and we’re interested in seeing if he can keep up the opulence and clarity of Lee’s always-underrated work at Gilt.
