Turkeys Say ‘Yes’ To Thanksgiving Pork Dinner

If you’ve been looking for an excuse to get the Bo Ssam, you’ve got one now: a national holiday. Ssam Bar will make Thanksgiving dinner for you and seven friends or family members for a measly $35 and change per person. The pick-up-only dinner includes a whole roasted pork butt, Honeycrisp-apple stuffing, Brussels, sweet potato puree, coleslaw, and a cashew-blondie-pumpkin pie. If you haven’t committed to Mom yet, we suggest you invest in some pork butt. (Or better yet, bring some over to her.)
