David Burke: No One Said I Groped Anybody

David Burke, having been accused of generalized groping at the Hawaian Tropic Zone, wants us to know that he didn’t grope anybody. At least, not in the Hawaiian Tropic Zone. Quoth Burke’s restaurant group:

The allegations targeting Chef David Burke, a consulting chef for Hawaiian Tropic Zone, are without merit.  Most significantly, Chef Burke is not a party defendant to the suit. His name appears gratuitously for reasons known only to plaintiffs’ attorneys.  Chef Burke focused his limited time at the restaurant on creating menus and ensuring the food preparation was top quality.

Wait a second — top quality? The last time I was in the Hawaiian Tropic Zone the food preparation was middling quality at best! Of course, I didn’t notice because of all the groping I was doing. (Of sandwiches, of course.)  We have a call in to Burke and are waiting for his take on this groping business.
