In the Kitchen at the Achatz / Keller Recreation Dinner
The Feedbag with Michael Cirino at Breaking Bread and Boundaries from The Feedbag on Vimeo.
You may remember our post about brash young underground chef Mike Cirino, the cerebral Serpico lookalike who decided to recreate the 24-course Achatz / Keller Per Se dinner at his home supper club, A Razor, A Shiny Knife. Well, this pursuit seemed so utterly insane to us that we hastened to Cirino’s Williamsburg apartment to see how a rehearsal for the meal would go. Chaos, genius, and the boundless ambition of youth combined to make another great Feedbag video.
